For 50 years, the Hawaii People's Fund has been a pillar in supporting the initiatives and efforts of Hawaii-based grassroot organizing.
Through these years of work, HPF has supported hundreds of organizations, touching countless members of our communities in Hawaiʻi.
My personal journey with HPF started this year in January 2022, when I participated in the HPF Giving Project. Through the Giving Project, I was able encourage those around me to participate in the work of HPF to create a more equable and just Hawaiʻi.
Now as a new Board Member of HPF, I am humbled to continue this journey in encouraging our communities to continues to support HPF to create true change in Hawaiʻi.
