💥 HULI22 - HPFʻs 50th Anniversary BASH!💥

I joined HPF's Grantmaking Committee in 2020 and have been inspired by grassroots organizations across the islands. At the heart of our social movement is the people power and love for 'āina then, now, and in the future. It is an honor to now serve on the HPF Board.

Through these years HPF has grown and its impact grows with the number of grants awarded and connections deepen. Remaining rooted in our h*story and together building the Hawai'i we want to see. Issue areas I deeply care about include demilitarization & landback, language reclamation, BIPOC-centered healing & wellness, and culturally-rooted birthing care and services. I learned about these through HPF and hope everybody who loves Hawaiʻi sees how much we need their work.
